Gia An 115 Hospital aims to serve the increasing demand for examination and treatment services in specialties of Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology and Orthopedics/Trauma in HCMC, especially for Vietnamese low to medium income patients, mainly coming from the 115 Hospital.

Gia An 115 is the first partnership between Government (115 Hospital) and private investor (Hoa Lam Corporation). The logo clearly identifies this important partnership through the ‘115’ association on the name and the logo colour palette (red and blue).

Gia means ‘Family/Home’ and An means ‘Safety’. When you’re with your family at home, you feel safe, loved and cared. Gia An 115 is a hospital with ‘Heart/Love’ and ‘Care’ at the centre of everything we do.

Gia An 115 Hospital believes and is driven to always provide quality health care and services to our patients, through our dedicated doctors, friendly and caring staff, international collaboration, quality facilities, and new and better hospital environment. Our patients can feel safe and trust the hospital to get better. Thus our slogan ‘Quality builds belief’ – Chất lượng kiến tạo niềm tin.

RED’s aim was to build the story around the slogan – Chất lượng kiến tạo niềm tin – Quality builds belief – we want the logo to embody the quality and professionalism of the new hospital, the integrity, sincerity and dedication of the doctors and staff, and we want the logo to be warm and friendly to the target audience.

Quality and professionalism are shown through the clean and modern logo design. The logo should instil trust and belief to the hospital in the customers’ mind.

Sincerity and dedication are shown through the logo icon design which will revolve around the idea of Family, Heart, Care, Safety, Progress and always endeavour to give the best to the patients. Warmth is shown through the logo colour palette. Friendliness is shown through the organic shape of the logo, no sharp edges, more curved, smooth and natural shapes. In essence, Gia An 115 is a hospital with heart at everything they do.

The concept provides for a fresh, approachable brand identity with a bright colour palette to compliment the natural and calming finishes pallet of the new interior.

The varied Zouki Cafeterias in the medical fraternity, designed by Red Design Group, has provided a vital place for collaboration and knowledge sharing. The cafés also provide all stakeholders with a quality food and service offer.

RED seamlessly incorporates the intricate Zouki business requirements while also considering major paths of travel through the hospitals, and where people approach from. A long strip of fresh, high-quality food is the hero and is clearly visible from walkways. Extending the cafeteria into the courtyard has re-engaged the building with the outdoors.

Intimate pockets cater for individuals, small, or large groups – with tiling, furniture, timber screening and lighting, creating a warm and inviting escape from the clinical surrounds. The fit-out is designed to promote the Zouki brand – to be on par with the quality of the food and drink offer.

Red Design Group worked with the Australian College of Massage (ACM) to execute a brand and interior redevelopment. Focussing on massage education, we designed the space with consideration for ACM’s educational ideals. Illustrations of the human anatomy and its trigger points, and graphics and materials reinforce the direct link between nature and the nervous system.

The use of colour psychology, texture and form is central to the design. ACM’s existing colour scheme of blue and yellow were replaced by the key colour green, signifying growth and offering a calming effect. The green combined with a neutral palette and natural timbers helps maintain mental clarity and concentration.

Since opening its doors in 2011 Blue Goose Pharmacy has captured the imagination of customers and the pharmacy industry for its creative and innovative design.

Red Design Group designed the interiors and brand identity for this flagship store with the understanding that their client wanted to create an upmarket, boutique-style pharmacy. The client sought to emulate the European apothecary and target a discerning, style-conscious customer, delivering personalised prescriptions with the very best in natural medicine and organic health care.

The design consists of clear, open shopfront, high ceilings and strategic visual merchandising to draw customers into the light, airy space. Oversized limed timber doors set the scene and balance with the grey-blue wall colour referencing the ‘plumage morph’ of the snow goose when it changes from the ‘Blue Goose’ to its whiter mature form. Limed oak timber flooring wrapping onto counters, marble bench tops, high-quality finishes and an unsurpassed attention to detail complete the design.

SIA Medical Centre in Essendon undertook a major overhaul of the practice, expanding and adding a wealth of services to its offering that needed to be communicated quickly through a new brand.

We wanted the brand to be fresh, approachable and to inject some colour to compliment the new interior which features clean lines and natural finishes. The most universally recognisable medical symbol is the cross, therefore the cross became the basis of the new brand. We aimed to create a brand that would embrace existing clients as well as attracting new clients to the centre. Since the refresh the centre has seen an increase in new customers of 25%.

The new branding has now been rolled out in SIA Medical Centres in Burwood, Footscray and most recently in Mooney Ponds.
