Who we are

Red Design Group was founded by visionary designers Darren Hose and Rob Ovcaric, alongside retail marketing pioneer Roy Tavenor. Together, they established a firm that seamlessly merges design creativity, deep industry expertise and cutting-edge innovation to deliver transformative outcomes for clients.

Today, Roy Tavenor continues to guide the strategic vision of the company as Chairman, leveraging his extensive experience in retail marketing to shape long-term growth and success. Rob Ovcaric drives the core Red team with his expertise in delivering exceptional design solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients across industries. Darren Hose spearheads our RCX business, championing digital innovation and creating future-focused solutions, while Rhys Mullarvey leads RxD, providing rapid and scalable design services from our Southeast Asia office in Ho Chi Minh City.

Our global team of 40 exceptional designers and support staff includes two Melbourne-based associates: Aaron Chen, our Creative Director, and Dexter Dionisio, our Senior Documentation Manager. Together, we’re committed to turning bold ideas into extraordinary results for our clients.
