Red’s new concept for their Store of the Future allows the Priceline pharmacist to be up close and personal with customers, offering friendly advice on health and wellness. Dispensing is now automated, freeing up the store team to spend more of their time interacting with customers.
It’s a world away from the pharmacists of old who stood behind their
high counters which was not an ideal customer experience. The new layout
creates 4 distinct zones for beauty, health, wellness, dispensing and
introduces a new Health Hub. This is truly a departure from tradition
and became the cutting edge of modern health care.
The new look and feel is crisp, modern and warm which is true to the Priceline brand and speaks to the strength of Priceline’s key categories of cosmetics and health care.
The new design features Health Hub, where customers find a growing range of services from vaccinations and health checks to consultations for health conditions.
