Our brief from 7 Eleven was to modernise their stores and give them a fresh appeal. For this we created a distinctive and powerful shopfront statement changing colour, form and lighting. Signage was revamped and refined externally and internally, creating a more spirited palette. Instore POSM package and their brand tone of voice drove a sense of fun, with more product density and lifting the perception of value.
Better zoning to reduce visual clutter, improved wayfinding and category
signage plus better navigation all aimed to improve the sense of
convenience for customers. Building on their strong grab and go food
offer, and new self-service concepts for beverages, Red created many
emotional connections throughout the customer journey. The new concept
is in roll out mode to the 7 Eleven network.
