With a legacy rooted in history, The Gardiner Hotel opened its doors in late 2024 in Malvern, housed in the distinguished National Bank building established in 1915. This venue marries heritage with modern flair, offering a fresh pub experience that pays tribute to local culture.

The design concept celebrates Malvern’s rich past reflected in every detail, from the welcoming ground level public bar and dining space to the chic rooftop terrace and versatile private function room. The name “Gardiner” nods to local pioneer John Gardiner, whose early contributions helped shape the suburb.

The design team merged historic charm with contemporary design, ensuring every interior element was thoughtfully curated and delivered on schedule. The hotel is crafted as a warm, casual hub where friends, families, and community members can gather, whether it’s to catch a game in the public bar or share a meal in the inviting dining area.
